- No one knows how to add the “Ü” to the actual tittle of the movie.
Who is Bruno?
You start out with a very weird man who’s name is Bruno (Sacha Baron Cohen) who is a gay Austrian fashion journalist. Bruno wants to become a great fashion star for the world, and shows off his new outfits like a full Velcro suit to the community. As you see in the trailer, Bruno does a front flip out onto the catwalk and ultimately fired from his fashion carrier. Like every other movie, when you get banished from your homeland, where do you move? America…
I hear it’s better then Borat?
If you actually watch this movie, which is claiming to be better then its predecessor (Borat), be prepared to be entertained by shocking and gross comedy. Borat did not have too many naked scenes, and most where just off the wall things. Seriously, all the movies these days have plenty of dicks in them. After seeing the movie Observe and Report, I didn’t think I’d be coming to a new movie era. Ones with dick everywhere.
Too much dick?
After moving to America, Bruno finds himself in a interview talking about why Jamie-Lynn Spears should get an abortion, and Bruno him self dancing in the background. This is where the dicks + movies part comes in. For a full 30 seconds he shows it off on the wide screen. Why? Who the hell knows. It’s some messed up comedy these days.
So whats the verdict?
If you’ve seen Borat, then you know what these movies are all about don’t you. Bruno sticks him self into real-life situations to offend those around him, and make people uncomfortable. If you like watching gay actors half the time, looking at dicks, and you’re not homophobic, then this movie is for you. If you don’t mind a good laugh every once in a while at gay jokes, go ahead pay the 10$ it cost.
Scenes in Bruno
- Trys to create a “sex tape” with RuPaul(who Bruno flirts with), but mistakes him with Ron Paul.
- To become popular, he attempts to solve world issues, so he flys into the Middle East. After insulting their leaders with gay fashion jokes, he is banished from the land.
- While on a talk show, Bruno shows his adopted African American boy, who he claims was traded for a Ipod. Bruno become depressed after being harassed by the audience and Social Services. This leads to a relationship scheme with his friend Lutz.
- Bruno still wants to become famous, and all famous actors are straight, so he hires two Christian people to help convert him into a straight person. He explores hunting, Karate, and joining the national guard, which all ends up in Bruno hitting on guys.
- Bruno being straight, is involved in a cage fighting match where Lutz calls him gay and they reunite and do dirty things that you probably don’t want to see.
- (Cut) There was a scene involving the attempt to steal Michael Jacksons phone number in order to call him (you already know what they would talk about… This was removed at his death.
