#1: Hand up the Nasion

A common move in movies, a person will hit the upper ridge of the nasion (nose).  By taking the lower palm, the person will jab the hand into the nostril area of the other persons nose.  This will cause the bones to enter the brain, instantly killing the victim.

#2: Hook Punch to the Jaw

This move is often fatal.  Using a hook punch, the elbow or knuckles hit the victims jaw area, causing it to dislocate.  This will render the victim in extreme pain, and will be unable to breath.  A strong enough hook punch will also break the neck, also killing the victim.

#3: Using a Full Nelson

Everyone has had one of these puppies done to them in highschool, but usually its only a half nelson.  A full nelson is when a person puts his arms around the victims armpits and his hands in back of his neck.  The person will push the victims head forward, causing his to suffocate or block fluids to the brain, being fatal.

#4: Blow to the Adam’s Apple

Every person has an Adam’s Apple; big or small it won’t matter because a punch in this sucker will cause some real damage.  A sharp blow to the Adam’s Apple will cause the victim to suffocate and intense pain.  If that does not do it, the victim may suffer from internal bleeding and choke on the blood.

#5: Heart Punch and Shattered Rib Cage

For the very strong men out there, this one is for you.  A strong enough punch to the heart will cause damage to the area, and leaving the heart non functional.  Another version is the a hard punch to the rib cages, which will shatter them and cause damage to vital organs and puncture their lungs.

#6: Strong Hit on the Testicles

A very popular move by girls, a nasty blow to a mans testicles can render him in a horrible pain.  Though this is unknown to many, a very strong blow can cause some victims to go into shock, and perhaps leading to be fatal.

#7: The Uppercut and Head Yank

For the last move, we have two similar ways to damage the neck.  The first being an upper cut, which is a hard blow underneath the victims jaw, breaking their neck and suffocating them.  In the Head Yank, the person will grab the victims mouth and stand behind them.  With much force, pull the neck back, and break the spine causing death.
